UK Mainland Shipping and Returns

We operate a Seven days returns timescale, in line with ‘The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 for non-perishable products. These products can only be returned within the seven days if they are in a ‘as new’ condition, and if sent out back to us sealed in the original packaging to a satisfactory condition. The seven days starts the day after the goods are received by you, the consumer, and under this legislation you are only required to pay the cost of returning the goods if you exercise this right to cancel.

Please Note: On any returns you will receive a refund less any shipping charges we have incurred in shipping your item.

All prices on our website show Delivery Included as this cost is built in to the overall price .However should an item be returned the buyer will be liable for the original shipping charge that has been paid this varies with each manufacturer and is from £6.00 to £15.00

Orders are accepted at the time your payment is received either by cheque or card and all goods will be dispatched at the earliest possibility thereafter, however receipt of your order does not guarantee that we can supply the selected Products to you. All Products offered for sale by the waterproof-cases.co.uk web site are subject to availability and because of this and because the site will be constantly up-dated we therefore reserve the right to alter the availability and duration of, and to terminate at any time, and to increase and or decrease, any special offer, promotion, product or price without prior notice.

Orders supplied within the UK if ordered before 14:30pm Monday-Thursday, 99.9% should be delivered within the next working day of receipt of order.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any other person or Company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

We are able to cancel orders up to 24 hours prior to delivery. If less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is given (short notice) we may be able to cancel without charge but we reserve the right to make an admin charge if we incur costs due to the cancellation. This applies to short notice only.

We will endeavor to solve all complaints and queries within two working days unless a third party is involved, in which case this may take up to five working days.
