Peli quick mounts

Peli set of 4 quick mounts.  T-block ABS fittings for Peli case models which have no panel frame available as an accessory.  Use to fit and support a mounted panel within a case.

quick mounts, specifically panel frames, are designed to integrate into the case body by attaching to the internal ribs. The mounts are secured with screws that self-tap into the plastic, and an o-ring is installed to ensure a watertight seal between the frame and the case. 

Detailed steps for installing a Peli panel frame:

1. 1. Prepare the frame:
   Place the frame with the model identifier face down. 
   
   
   
2. 2. Insert the inserts:
   Push the non-shoulder end of the brass inserts into the holes on the frame until they are seated on the shoulder. 
   
   
   
3. 3. Seat the frame:
   Align the frame with the internal ribs of the case and press it down firmly until it is fully seated. 
   
   
   
4. 4. Secure with screws:
   Insert the mounting screws into the holes and use a screwdriver (or a 90-degree drill motor) to tighten them until they are fully seated. 
   
   
   
5. 5. Install the o-ring:
   Place the o-ring into the channel between the frame and the case, ensuring it is fully seated. 
   
   
   
6. 6. Install the panel:
   Finally, install the panel onto the frame, ensuring it is flush with the case rim and that the o-ring is completely covered for maximum protection. 
   
   
   
7. 7. Secure the panel (optional):
   Some installations may require screwing the panel to the inserts by hand, taking care not to overtighten and push the inserts back out.
